Our Terms Are
We do require a mobile number and email address at the time of booking so we can keep you abreast if
the driver is delayed for any reason. If this happens, we will ask that you have a coffee and keep your receipt we will
reinburse this cost to you.
If our driver feels that their passenger will be a danger to themselves or anyone else in the car,
it is his/her right to refuse entry to his/her vehicle.
We do understand that problems do crop up from time to time, but if we turn up for you and you are not there
this will be classed as a no show and you will be sent the bill for our time (being an advanced booking). The full booking
fee will be charged.
Payment must be paid in full when you reach your destination, unless agreed beforehand.
Waiting time will be charged at an agreed price.
Should the wrong size of vehicle be requested we hold no responsibility for the booking. However we will
do our utmost to rectifiy this problem but you will incurrer additional costs to convey the passengers (waiting time maybe
charged if the distance is over 10 miles).
Unplanned stops can and will be catered for the charge for this will be £20 (gbp) per hour or part
thereof.
We can and will collect passengers from any united kingdom airport / seaport / railhead and
deliver to a destination within ten miles of corby town, northamptonshire. this will be at an agreed price. there will be
no negotiation of the price on arrival at your destination.
